Please allow up to 24-48 hours in rare cases. We will email you a log-in link, along with your admin username and temporary password. You may input this information into the Plesk login link we send you.

### Changing password: #### Change password link If we sent a password link to you, all you need to do is click on the link and enter your new password, then you may log in with the username "admin" or "Administrator".

#### Change password traditionally If we sent you a temporary password instead of a change password link, please log in with the username "admin" or "Administrator" and the temporary password we sent you, and then follow the steps below. 1. After logging in, navigate to the **Users** tab located on the left sidebar. 2. Click on **Administrator**. 3. In the summary section, locate the **Change Settings** button and click it. 4. Enter your current password (the one we sent you) in the specified field. 5. Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering. 6. Click **OK** to save the changes. 7. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that your password has been successfully updated.
